Before I met Babaji, I had heard that He was an incarnation of Lord Shiva. When I first met Babaji in Haldwani, I felt He was a Divine Being and I began to feel this very beautiful sensation in my heart. When I returned the next morning for darshan, Babaji put His hand on my head and it felt like a strong electrical current through it. I made pranam to Him and asked if I could go with Him to Haidakhan. Babaji said, yes let's go. This was 1974 and I was 16 years old.
So for the rest of the years that I was with Babaji I had many experiences, particularly when I was massaging His feet. They felt so soft, almost as if they were made of water.
First I was pujari at the main temple and in 1980 Babaji made me pujari for the nine temples on the cave side where I have stayed ever since, for the last twenty years.
I always continue to have experiences as I take care of the temples. This is where I want to be the rest of my life. I do not want to go anywhere else. I feel here is a heavenly place and I feel Babaji's presence all of the time here. I never think even for a moment that Babaji does not see me.
